National Poetry Day

This special illustration was created to commemorate National Poetry Day's 30th anniversary, marking three decades of celebrating the power of poetry.
The theme for 2024, "Counting", inspired an exploration of the connection between numbers and language, two elements that together create rhythm,
structure, and often unexpected patterns in poetry.

The illustration reflects how numbers appear in a poetic context—whether through counting backwards in childhood games or structuring a poem with
lines and syllables. It captures the way numbers and poetry intertwine, guiding us through both language and life.
